Maya Expense Manager (“the App”) is designed and developed by Digitalphy Media International Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is for business use by persons aged 18 or above.
The App is a record-keeping tool to track fees, payments, expenses, reminders and invoices. It does not provide accounting, tax, GST or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own tax and invoicing compliance.
Your data is stored on your device. We do not hold a copy. If you uninstall the App, erase data, or lose or reset your device without a backup file, your records cannot be recovered. Please back up regularly.
You are responsible for your PIN, device lock and for people you add as team members, and for what they enter or delete according to their roles.
The Free plan is available at no charge with the limits shown on this website. Pro plans (₹99 per month, ₹999 per year, ₹5,999 lifetime) are charged in INR in advance through Google Play, or through Razorpay for copies installed outside Google Play. “Lifetime” means a single payment with no renewals, valid for as long as the App is made available. Prices and Pro limits may change for future purchases; an active paid period is not affected. Subscriptions bought through Google Play renew until you cancel in Google Play.
You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, bypass its limits, or use it for unlawful activity.
The App, its name, logo and design belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You keep ownership of the content you enter.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend access for misuse. We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Contact us at the email in the Contact section.
